Rise and shine! Popular morning news talent Julie Chang has been waking up New York & LA with her effervescent charm for 17 years. While the avid surfer girl got her feet wet covering hard news, Julie’s defibrillator-inducing fashion & instant rapport with celebrities garnered her the coveted entertainment anchor seat for 12 years! Post brain tumor & pandemic, Julie left the 3AM call-time to pursue all her other dreams (acting, teaching, producing her own content, and! Being a present mom/wife). So far so good! Julie has shot 4 movies including the upcoming Aquaman 2. Julie teaches TV Journalism at USC Annenberg. Julie's original YouTube series 940 caught the attention of CalTech's ECSTEM summit, leading her to give a presentation on the "Power of Free Play" to 4000 educators. & since leaving the AM show grind, Julie is happy to report that her kids and her health are THRIVING. Julie is an AP Award winner for Journalism Excellence and an Emmy nominee.
